WRI supports cities to move urban real estate markets in emerging economies toward high-performance buildings. We work with cities, national governments, and the private sector to identify a path forward from existing policy and market status. We bring together stakeholders and technical expert resources to build a vision for the city, create local capacity and implement practical actions. WRI is the coordinating partner of the SEforAll Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA), a partnership between over 30 businesses, NGOs and multilaterals assisting 30 subnational governments to improve their buildings.
