The Costs and Benefits Appraisal Tool for Transit Buses is an appraisal tool that aims to provide bus operators and city officials with estimates of the potential total costs, emissions, and benefits of different bus fleet combinations over the lifetime of the investment. The tool’s outputs help bus operators and city officials make decisions for clean bus upgrades, based on the most cost-efficient and lowest-carbon bus fleet combinations possible.
